Forensic Computer Investigator Jay Harris has more than 20 years experience in computer analysis and programming for some of the largest public corporations in the United States. A graduate of Texas A&M computer science program, Harris is president of Aggie Software.

Certified Public Accountant Terrance D. “Terry” Teel, provides forensic accounting services. A licensed private investigator and CPA, Terry’s specialized knowledge and experience are invaluable in complex fraud investigations, due diligence investigations, mergers and acquisitions.

Terry's 30+ years of experience as a CPA includes serving as an IRS agent assigned to the Large Case Program, Internal Auditor with a Fortune 500 company and a national Petrochemical Company. In private practice Terry has represented closely held companies engaged in banking, legal services, manufacturing, web based retail sales, agribusiness, real estate development, oil and gas development and production, as well as, individual investors.

Terry is highly respected in the accounting community and has taught continuing education courses at state universities and authored articles on accounting subjects.
